Moisture Capture and Pressure Drop
Pressure drop through the MRC Air-Foil has been carefully designed to be lower than many, if not most of the current products on the market. Upwards of 15% lower pressure drop than wider profiles (approx. 7" [179 mm]) and a phenomenal 45% lower than narrower profiles (approx. 4.25" [108 mm]) used by others, yet the Zazz MRC Air-Foil complete with the mounting enclosure is only 6" [152 mm] in depth. This means smaller air openings and increased efficiency for downstream fans and engines used in todays high air volume applications. Add to that the integrated secure weather closure that can be remotely actuated and you have a patented product that is only available from ZAZZ Engineering.

How Big Is A Micron?
A micron (short for micrometer) is a unit of measurement equal to one millionth of a meter (0.000039 of an inch). The eye of a needle is usually around 749 microns wide. A human hair is 40 to 120 microns in diameter. A postage stamp is more than 25,000 microns long.
